Program objective

The objective of this program is to learn to communicate with agitated, verbally abusive and possible aggressive, persons. 

Learning how to understand their grievances and learning how to empathize with them to the extent that you can remove yourself from the uncomfortable situation, without violence occurring.

You will also learn about the physical and mental phases arguments habitually pass through as they escalate and how to diffuse them in advance.
