Situational Awarness

You can’t avoid or defend against that which you don’t see coming. Without fail all survivors interviewed after a violent attack say one of two things. 1) "2I had a funny feeling, but continued anyway" or 2) "It was such a shock; they came out of nowhere. No warning what-so -ever".
Unfortunately, both those scenarios where avoidable. Had a little know-how been available to those assaulted prior to the incident.

Situational awareness is a natural inbuilt personal security 'early warning system'. Learning how it works properly and heeding it's warnings is what keeps us out of harms way.
