Ego and Anger Management

Failing to control our Ego's, our need to be right, and the anger in which it may manifest itself leads to more relationship breakdowns, work place problems, interpersonal friction, personality clashes and violent confrontation than any other single personality trait.

Who is this program for?

This program is designed for anyone who may wish to understand why some people find it so difficult to remain calm whilst others seem to do so easily whilst under torrents of extreme abuse.

This is a program for employers who wish to reduce tension in the work place and reduce stress felt by their staff when dealing with customers.

Also, individuals who have noticed issues with their own control capabilities. People who have more arguments than they believe they should. Who may feel as if everyone is against them or that nobody understands them. Who may find it difficult to maintain their calm when confronted with challenges or accusations delivered directly or indirectly at them.

In fact, busy people from all walks of life, who interact with members of  the  public in face-to-face situations, where animosity and aggravation could lead to violent confrontations.

Program objective

The object of this program is to guide the student through the mine-field of what is auto-control. Both ‘theirs’ and ours.

To draw attention to our own failures to control our egos and the anger associated with it, so as to be able to better understand the ego issues of others. To learn to negotiate at a higher level, in business, at home, with our loved ones, with clients and customers or indeed with aggressors previosly uunknown to us.

Contents / Syllabus

In this class based or online program you will learn how to recognise when you are dealing with someone’s ego as opposed to their rational brain.
You will learn to identify the signs of anger growth in others and in yourself. You will learn to surrender a point without giving in to bullying: Lose a battle to win the war. You will see how ego can escalate rapidly into anger, rage and then to violence, and learn how to correctly address, and hopefully defuse, them at each phase.
